No iPad for me:

I was eagerly waiting for the iPad announcement. Finally it has been announced. It looks good but it is not a device of my choice.

I want a central device which may meet most of my electrical needs.

Phone

iPad does not support telephone line carriers. The first need of mine for a pocket device is not available.

Web Conference

There is no camera in iPad. If I buy it for web based usage then the important thing people will look for is a web based video chat. It is not difficult. Most of the messengers give video chat. So the needs of mine are not met again.

Size

The size is too big for a pocket. The size and weight does not fit for ordinary use. If I sit and use I have my laptop….
